中药连翘氯仿萃取物的活性物质研究 石涛 连翘Forsythiasuspensa(Thunb.)Vahl为木犀科连翘属植物连翘的果实，其同属植物有10余种，但多数作为园林观赏植物，作药用者主要有连翘和金钟花。具有清热解毒，消肿散结等功效。 本文综合运用硅胶柱层析、ODS柱层析、SephadexLH-20柱层析以及反相HPLC等多种色谱学分离手段，对连翘60%乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取物的化学成分进行了系统研究，从中分离得到化合物30个。通过理化性质和现代波谱学手段（UV、IR、MS、1H-NMR、13C-NMR和2D-NMR）鉴定了它们的结构，分别为：齐墩果酸(OleanolicAcid)（1），白桦脂酸(Betulinic)（2），20...; Traditional Chinese medicine “lianqiao”, derived from the dried fruits of Forsythia suspensa, are widely used as a detoxification, and reducing swelling and other effects medcine.There are more than 10 species in Forsythia Vahl genus, but most of these are garden ornamental plants,only Forsythia suspensa and Forsythia viridissima are used as traditional medcine.
